Today I made fruit smoothies. My favorite was banana-orange smoothie. There was vitamin A, B, and C. I made strawberry and banana just banana strawberry banana orange and banana orange. My team also made sate buah but I only made the smoothies.
In the smoothies there was protein from the fruits and milk calcium from the milk and vitamin A, B, and vitamin
How to make the banana-strawberry smoothie:
First you will need wet and dry blender Ice 2 or 3 bananas one box of strawberry a knife milk and yogurt (optional). First put in one cup of milk. Add ice then blend, blend until there is no more ice (this just makes the smoothies cold. The add one slice of banana and a strawberry blend till there is no more of the fruit seeable. Keep adding one by one then simply do the same with the other smoothies. (Tips) If you want a good smoothie don’t add to munch ice if you want the big rectangular ice cube you need only three and them one then blend the second then blend or else the blender will break. Add the fruit slowly one by one this makes the smoothie better. Now that u are done with the smoothie and have pour it in take a strawberry cut it a third throughput it on a cup where you cut this makes it look nice you don’t have to do this. Do the same with the others.
How to make a smoothie with yogurt:
First put in the milk add ice then blend for 30 minutes add yogurt blend for another 30 minutes add fruits then blend till the fruit is not seeable. Then you have a extra thick smoothie. This just adds more smoothness. With or without yogurt it taste the same it takes longer with yogurt though.
With luck everything was successful. Yes I made new creations but little by little it all worked out. Remember add little by little then taste so it is good and your blender won’t brake.
